Service Nature

Our services involve custom garden design, plant procurement, and professional installation. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the living materials involved, our return policy differs from typical retail products. Once plants are ordered and work begins, certain costs cannot be recovered.

Cancellation Policy

Before Plant Orders

If you need to cancel your project before we have ordered plants or begun work, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before plant procurement may be eligible for a refund of your deposit, minus a design fee to cover consultation time and planning work already completed.

Design fees typically range from 10% to 25% of the total project cost, depending on the complexity of work already performed.

After Plant Orders

Once plants have been ordered for your specific project, cancellations cannot result in a full refund. Plants are selected and purchased specifically for your garden design and cannot typically be returned to our suppliers or reused for other projects.

In cases of cancellation after plant orders:

  • The deposit is non-refundable
  • You may be responsible for costs already incurred including plant purchases, materials, and preparation work
  • We will make reasonable efforts to minimize additional charges
  • Any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule your installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a new date that accommodates both parties. Excessive rescheduling may result in storage fees for plants or cancellation of the project.

Installation Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the installation upon completion, please inform us immediately before the installation team leaves. We will address concerns and make reasonable adjustments to ensure you are happy with the result.

Once you have approved the completed installation and our team has left, requests for changes or adjustments may be subject to additional fees for return visits and labor.

Plant Warranty

Warranty Coverage

We guarantee that all plants installed are healthy and viable at the time of installation. We provide a 30-day warranty on plant survival from the date of installation, subject to the following conditions:

  • Plants must be cared for according to provided instructions
  • Adequate watering must be maintained, especially during establishment
  • Plants must not be moved, transplanted, or modified
  • No chemical applications or treatments have been applied without our consultation

Warranty Exclusions

Our plant warranty does not cover failure due to:

  • Inadequate watering or care by the client
  • Extreme weather conditions including severe frost, heat waves, or storms
  • Pest infestations or diseases that occur after installation
  • Damage from animals, children, or third parties
  • Acts of nature beyond reasonable control
  • Changes to site conditions such as drainage or sunlight
  • Client modifications to the garden or individual plants

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of installation with photographs clearly showing the affected plants. We will assess the situation and, if the failure is determined to be due to issues within our control, we will replace the affected plants at no charge during the next suitable planting season.

Replacement plants carry the same 30-day warranty from their installation date.

Refund Process

When refunds are approved, they will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Refund amounts will be determined based on:

  • Work already completed
  • Materials purchased
  • Plants ordered or delivered
  • Time invested in design and planning
  • Any non-recoverable costs incurred

Weather and Delays

Garden installation is weather-dependent. In cases where weather prevents us from completing your project as scheduled, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Your deposit remains valid and will be applied to the rescheduled date.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, plant availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our service, warranty claims, or refund requests, please contact us directly first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and fairly. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication.

If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, disputes will be handled according to the governing law specified in our Terms of Use.
